Make sure you have a lot of spare time if you choose Chatters. My time was not respected. The service could be much more efficient considering there are two front desk staff there. Why would my cut be delayed because my stylist is checking out her last client. Like I said there are two front desk staff.Will not go back to anywhere my time is not as important to the business as their time is to mine. I showed up on time.And if you do have a delay in the schedule inform the customer that there will be a wait so THEY can inform you if that’s ok with them

I saw Satin for my Eyebrows threading. She did an amazing job. I also did some Christmas shopping there and the staff was extremely helpful. I live in Calgary but I think I'll be driving out to Okotoks for eyebrow/hair needs from now on.

Jessica is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had!! She took my dry, breaking, box dyed hair that was pitch black and turned it into a beautiful light brown with highlights! She was so kind and caring the whole time and made the experience worth every minute and penny! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend booking in with her!

First time getting my hair cut at Chatters and with curly hair any place is hit and miss but Mishaela is the exception! Wow does she know how to cut textured hair! Super knowledge, super friendly and one of the best hair cuts I've had. I highly recommend Mishaela especially if you have curly hair!!

Leanne is the best hair stylist I have ever seen in my 41yrs! Such amazing customer service, and really cares about your hair! Many stylists could of attempted what I am attempting in one go! Not Leanne, she saw my hair is fragile and damaged and that this drastic transition would take time. Thank you Leanne! We are halfway there, I appreciate you and your experience. If you want an experienced stylist ask for Leanne !

My daughter went got her hair cut and coloured today and left in tears! She cried all the way home and wouldn’t come out of her room when we got home. She had saved her birthday money to go and get her hair done and hated it in the end. She regrets going and getting it done!Her bang were suppose to be curtain bangs and they were cut so short she can’t even put them back in a ponytail. She has hair-dye all over her face, neck and even inside her ear, that costed her $160! Usually I wouldn’t say anything, but I hated seeing her so upset!

Mishayla is so fantastic. I went to her to get my roots done. I wasn't knowledgeable about bleaching my hair, but she knew exactly what I wanted and explained the process so I felt comfortable with her doing my hair! She even did a shadow root so when my roots would grow in, it would be less noticeable. She is very thorough in doing my hair and does such a great job. I would highly recommend this place to get your hair done, especially Mishayla because of the fine work she does! The price is also very affordable for the great work done.
