Sweetgrass Spa Toronto

My friend and I signed up for a package (lunch, facial, massage, manicure and pedicure) and it was a really wonderful experience. We're first-timers for this place and spas in general. Everyone is friendly and easy to speak to, and they answered all of our questions with kindness since we were new this. The services offered were done professionally and with skill. The facilities were great. Thank you for a very relaxing day and for all the work you all put in.

My experience at Sweetgrass was lovely! My only complaint and I wish there were more water options, like a cold plunge and a steam room. Very calming environment and would definitely recommend if you're looking for a spa service (I had a massage) and a peaceful environment.

The team at Sweetgrass Spa was amazing. There were 6 of us getting ready over 3 days for my daughter’s wedding. We felt welcome, the treatments were divine (my 86 year old mom had her first facial and looked amazing!) and the lunch was delicious. Highly recommend!

The tone of the person on the phone has completely turned me off giving my business to this establishment. She stated she was a spa director but was giving off a vibe of a dictator. I mentioned to her that her tone was very unfriendly and she replied with that’s how we do business perhaps it’s not the right fit. Indeed is not. I wouldn’t want to be spoken to in a condescending manner when all I’m looking for is a pampering treatment. Feels like Marina was having an off day and was taking it out on others to feel more empowered. Yikes I’ll pay $100 elsewhere.EDIT: my issue wasn’t with your policy, it was your tone. It’s not my first rodeo Marina. I’m a business owner myself and I would never speak to current or potential clients with the tone you used. Hope you use that feedback to adjust the way you do business and perhaps have more people come through your doors.

I try to come here with my mom wherever we drive down to Toronto. We live that it’s a woman’s only spa especially considering that my mother wears a hijab. The massages are always great and the team is so nice. I dropped my phone into the pool and it does (my fault) and they were so helpful! Printed a map with directs to get out of Toronto as well as letting me use there phones and stay past their hours until I could figure out another way home.

Very quiet not over-booked. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The space is quite serene and comfortable. Great spa experience and wonderful masseuse !

I had my bachelorette here and it was a perfect day. We had drinks, amazing food and the spa services were so relaxing. Everything was clean and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making the day so special!

What a lovely gem in the heart of downtown Toronto! Tranquil and soothing, our day spa visit was pure bliss. Can't recommend the facial treatment highly enough, and our lunch was delicious!Excellent customer service and amenities!

My two best friends and I went to Sweetgrass spa yesterday and it was such a beautiful experience. We had the package that included a facial, a massage, and a manicure. We agree it was the best facial we have had, our nails were very pretty and the massage was very thorough.I also called Sweetgrass a few times to ask general questions and they were very lovely and helpful on the phone.We also ordered the $40 lunch which was absolutely delicious and came with a glass of wine/prosecco included. They brought the lunch to a table and had it all set up for us and it was definitely worth the price. They also accommodated shellac removal ($10) and shellac application ($10). The facility was beautiful and clean and after our services we used the huge pool and jacuzzi. They give you a locker and key and the couches/chairs are very comfortable. They provided tea, spa water, and yummy cookies as well. We stayed from 10:45 AM - 5:30 PM and everyone was so pleasant, always complimenting us and making us feel like queens. Special shout out to Liseth who made me feel extra special during my facial and manicure :)As a spa newbie, I would definitely recommend Sweetgrass, it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience and worth the price!
