Hearing Well Matters!
I found the staff to be very pleasant, and was diagnosed with a mild hearing loss and hearing aids were recommended for me. It was also emphasized that untreated hearing loss is linked with dementia. I was told that the hearing aids ranged between 2000 and $6000. The more expensive ones were suggested. Of course I wanted to avoid dementia so I was planning to go ahead and buy the hearing aids. I then questioned the results because it felt like a conflict of interest that the people who are recommending the hearing aids are also selling them. So I went for a second opinion to Costco. There I was told that my mild Hearing loss was normal for age and they did not recommend hearing aids! They suggested I come back in 2 to 3 years for a follow up test.

Hearing Well Matters!
Starting with Jess at the reception desk, and then with Dr Hamilton, you will have a great experience at this Hearing Well Matters location. Dr Hamilton was very thorough checking my hearing, performing multiple sound tests, and making recommendations on ways to improve my hearing. He took the time to answer my questions and to make sure I understood my options. I would highly recommend this location for your hearing needs.

I absolutely love the team at this business; they are very professional and informative. The owner, Rob, is always cheerful and very knowledgeable. Jessica and Meredith are always kind and takes care of the clients with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend.

First appointment with this centre. Had a great appointment with excellent results. The staff are thorough but down to earth with a good sense of humor. The test went fairly quickly.

Hearing Well Matters!
This is a great facility with respect to the specialists who treat patients for issues related to ear. I had to book an ear wax removal appointment and the whole process was pretty smooth and painless. Rob Hamilton was extremely efficient and made me understand how the process works and ensured the whole procedure was painless. I highly recommend HWM for issues related to ear and Rob for being an awesome HIS.

A great experience. Rob was so knowledgeable and obviously has a lot of expertise. The test was thorough and the results were fully explained. There was no pressure to make decisions about buying but I was given a thorough description of what was available. I would highly recommended this practice.

Hearing Well Matters!
The staff at Hearing Well Matters is very friendly and easy to deal with. They performed a thorough exam and explained every step along the way in a way that was easy to understand. I even recommended my father go to this clinic even if it's slightly out of his way. It is worth the travel time for a good experience.
