I've been going there for a while and everything was fine. On my last visit I gave them a Hugo Boss suit to dry clean, when I picked it up I noticed that the right sleeve of the jacket was torn. When I asked for an explanation both employees looked at each other in confusion and told me that they will explain what happened to the owner and that she will follow up with me. I got a call from the owner a week later letting me know that the rip in the jacket was my fault as it was a product of wear and tear and nothing they can do. I asked her how does she explain that the other sleeve is in perfect condition she started telling me that I have no idea what I'm talking about. Needless to say I was very disappointed in their unwillingness to take responsibility for their error and I will never go back there again.

I've given Canada Goose jackets here before in the past and everything was fine, but this time was different. I got my jacket back in a condition that I do not at all remember it being in. The fur on the inside of the jacket was much almost as if the whole jacket was flattened and the puffiness was was eliminated, and the elastic on the bottom part of the jacket was completely stretched out. One of the workers and the owner proceeded to give me various explanations as to why I'm wrong and gave others factors on how these things happened to the jacket, but I know for a fact that when I gave the jacket in, it did not have all of these various problems. All I wanted was a refund and I did not get this. The worst part is that she tried to make it seem it like I remembered my jacket wrong and the smaller details and I found this disrespectful and I know exactly how my jacket was before I gave it in, because I wore it for almost 2 years.I also wasn't surprised when I searched up the location on google to write a view and there were others that complained for other reasons and the workers replied in the same manner acting confused as if it was my fault, when clearly they damaged the jacket.

Can't tell which pocket was broken, they did an absolutely wonderful job!

There for dry cleaning for few times, but job never done properly, smells still there and they put totally different materials on waist of skirt instead of using same fabric from skirt. Dumb and inappropriate manners they have. Never be there again.

Dress pants hem got completely undone right after cleaning. After asking why it got undone right after cleaning them here they became rude and dismissive. I was told I don't know anything about it" and then she immediately proceeded to work on something else

Brought my work shirts there and they simply did not do a good job cleaning them, after I complained they told me that those stains cannot be removed. Conclusively I took it to another Cleaning service and they removed all the stains.

Don’t waste your time and money with this place. This place simply ruined my husband’s bow tie shirt. They charged me extra to iron the collar. When I go there to pick it up, I saw there was nothing done. The collar was in a strange shape, arms hadn’t been ironed at all, and some parts of the shirt was frilled because of bad ironing. I asked either my money back or proper ironing. She said go somewhere else.Finally, I came home and iron the shirt with my Walmart iron. Don’t waste your time and money with this place.

Brought a very expensive BCBG Max Azria shirt here to get the long sleeves shortened/hemmed into an elbow-length sleeve. The woman marked where the new hem should go with a pin, and I left happy thinking that it would be done right... WRONG. I came back to pick up my shirt only to find that instead of an elbow-length sleeve, she had made it into a T-shirt length sleeve. I WAS LIVID! The dressmaker" as they call her

Vivian assists with alterations by pining all requisite changes to various garments from hemming a pair of jeans, turning a collar to the unused side to the complex refurbishment of a cherished, down coat. There are many individuals who perform the requisite repairs and alterations.The dry cleaning services are reasonably priced. All work is performed on the premises. Items can be picked up usually two (2) days after being dropped off. The prices, pick-up date and time are noted on the computerized slip. This business has been in existence for decades upon decades. There is a strong customer base of repeat clientele. This is a highly recommended company. Try it once; you are sure to return.

VIP Cleaners on Bathurst st. will get your garments cleaned properly, the first time, on time and every time. I've been using their services for a number of years and they never let me down. The staff is very pleasant to work with and the prices are very reasonable. But most importantly they know their trade exceptionally well.They also have a seamstresses on site to handle alterations and repairs and even a change-room.All in all, I'm very happy to continue to give business to this establishment.
