Only giving it one star because Google won't let me give zero. Took my engagement ring in to be sized. It was my grandmother's, and about 60 years old. I waited longer than what was told for it to be done. And when I picked it up, it was missing a diamond. When brought to their attention they didn't seem concerned and said it must have fallen out in the cleaning solution. My mom had the ring checked and cleaned in Edmonton before it was given to me, and all the claws were good, but whatever. Told me it would be fixed but would take another week as she only worked a few days a week. Got it back but noticed the diamond wasn't the same, even though they told me they found it in the cleaning solution. Took it back into Edmonton and was told one diamond was a different cut and clarity then the other 3. And wouldn't you know it was the one that had fallen out" while in their shop. Never again will I shop there."

I struggle to even give one star. Had a gift set aside on layaway. My husband went in to pay it off and was told that it’s been too long and the items were put back on the shelf and we would not be getting our money back. I expected better. Very disappointed. Will never ever shop there again.

i bought a ring here on sale. Young female clerk said no charge for sizing as ring had been over 300.00 - sent sister to pick up and charging her 48.00 amd say tgat person is lomger there. Owner not in and when called seemed remissed to speak to my sister. Ownee given opportunity to do right thinh and BIG FAIL . so much for attempting to shop local.
