If you need worst service, then you are at right place.The staff don’t know how to behave with there clients.From India I came through Canam but here in Canada its a worst option especially Mr Verma. I think he is VPI forget one thing they overcharged...I don’t have option for 0 stars else I have done that.

Okay..i am an execanam customer frm.jndja. jst visited canam, had an appointment booked but they dint even welcome me and asked to come again. There was a guy sitting who was not ready to consult and was not sorry for the thing that they have rescheduled my appointment for next friday without any prior intimation. His attitude sucks, he sucks .. and the way he dealt with me. Dont go. NEVER EVER.. CANAM might be good in processings. BUT IT SUCKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL.

I came in canada on study permit with the guidance of canam Chandigarh, there staff was very nice and polite and I expect the same in Canada but it was totally opposite of my expectations. The person who is running canam Brampton office is very rude and don’t have manners how to speak. He is good for nothing and don’t have much knowledge about immigration Concerns as well.. When you asks him much questions, he will question your education and tries to insult you.. Honestly speaking I had very good experience with canam Chandigarh but WORST EXPERIENCE with Canam Brampton office.. Don’t waste your time by visiting them.

I consult to canam as my experience with chandigarh office was great and consult again when I need help in Canada. I called at reception she welcome with a rude and uninterested response making me feel why I contacted them and wasted my precious time on rude and unprofessional people .It was completely unprofessional lady at reception , she was really mean for them to make such a move, she also made sure to disconnect the call without giving any response to my query.In short I wish to say Main Canam office should see all this reviews about this office, how they are ruining their goodwill and take an action to fix this by changing employeesI would give 0 stars if I could.

In 2018, when I actually went through their process it was a decent experience. There was a time in the middle of my process where I was asked to consult Canam Brampton for some clarification (from India) by a Canam Employee in Defence Colony. I called the office and I was welcomed with a rude and uninterested response making me feel as if it was way out of the line for me to even contact them.I was told by the guy that 'I am sitting with people, I don't know who asked you to call me (when I took their employee's name)'.It was completely unprofessional and really mean for them to make such a move, they also made sure to hang up the phone without even listening to my issue as I was calling with a reference. It was a really upsetting experience because they do not understand that a student's career, money and time is at stake and they make a lot of money out of the process of each student.
