Absolutely the Worst I ve ever been treated!!!the woman who answered the phone was Beyond Rude and combative. She actually told me , without even seeing my requisition, that is was incorrect and COULD NOT be done, she was absolutely wrong and I was more than accommodated else where. Not what anyone would expect from health care providers during such an exciting time in as your pregnancy. I recommend finding any where else to get your imaging done

Very irresponsible technician, the front staff dont even know the name of technician. There is one new guy in there, he doesnt know what he s doing. wil not go there again.

Im not sure what has changed, but i find the front desk people not very helpful, almost to the point of rude. This is a complete turn around since some time last year, as for years I have always called them my favourite place to get imaging done. Not anymore.

Very fast and efficient, pleasant manner, and I was in and out and on my way in no time. I don't understand negative comments here. I will go here again.

Receptionist was very nice. Only had to wait maybe 5 mins for x-ray. Lab technician was great to.

I would give a zero if i could. I went there today and was met by a rude and undertrained receptionist who did not even attempt to assist. She told me to go to a different clinic simply because she didn't know how to input my information in the system. Did not ask anyone else for help just simply said sorry i don't know how to do it" How is that my fault? Disgusting behaviour!! I wouldn't go here ever again."

They did not send the results to my Dr!!!Thanks for missing 3 months of my diagnosis which resulted in a much worse prognosis and quality of life.

After a bad fall, I needed to get both my feet and ankles xrayed. Both ladies were so friendly and helpful. I had issues getting the requisition downloaded and sent to their email and they both went above and beyond. A nice smaller community location..highly recommend
