Wonderful location, layout and great service! So easy to see everything and the staff quick to assist as well as inform you about the sales. All products we looked at were quickly explained in terms of uses, ingredients and popularity. I like it better than other bath shops here.

I have received a very bad customer service yesterday at this store. Normally, even the customer walk in and don't buy anything, the staff cannot say anything or getting emotionally before the customer. This is the basic rule in service industry, but this white girl seems not know about this. I've been always support the brand, but after yesterday I never want to come this store again. Very poor service.

We had recently been to the body shop at masonville and had an amazing experience with one of their Sales Reps Sanah. She not only helped us find the right product for our needs but also educated us about the product and its benefits. She was very honest and professional. Will definitely be seeing her again when we go to the store next time.

Body Shop has always been a good go to for excellent products that don't burn a hole in the pocket. Their products are effective, well packaged and money's worth. The banana mask for the hair or the 'ginger aroma' body butter, most of the products are great and safe.
