The staff has always seemed very caring and friendly and I've never had any issues. I've had wisdom teeth pulled, cleanings, x rays and cavities filled. Very professional.

Terrible experience over the phone I was told it was going to be $250 for a checkup and cleaning then when we got there I was told $250 for the checkup alone then when we paid they said it was $302. On-top of that when we left we were given someone else's prescription.

I've only been with them for the past 2 year's now but from my own experiences so far everyone is really friendly and when you go in for your check up or tooth filling/removal they have so far always kept to making sure that you are alright, comfortable but for me personally they listen to what you have to say.

The staff were accommodating to my self and my son. Patient, friendly, Her name is Amber, my apologizes for the mix up.. she was sweet enough to sit with my son when it was my turn to get my check up. Wonderful round of people, I am once again happy with sunset dental, there was one incident that made me uncomfortable but that was way over a year ago, they’re great and I am highly recommending them; this last appointment on the March 22nd made up for everything and reminded me why I had decided to go with sunset dental in the first place. Everyone I encounter in the office that day was amazing. Clean office, friendly staff, super helpful and kind, Tammy was such a blessing ❤️ I honestly love them after that visit.

Personally very unhappy with this dentist office and would never recommend to anyone. They now have failed twice to fill cavities for my children without getting later complications. Both times having resulted in the loss of a tooth.They have now said that they’re unable to deal with paediatrics after they already “ fixed” the tooth, resulting in very expensive referral to a paediatric specialist. My child now has a big abscess. They say they are unable to help with the abscess their last treatment helped create. An abscess tooth is a basic dental condition and claim they are unable to treat this condition which further makes me question the clinics competency. If you would like to waste lots of money on a tooth that they will claim to fix but in truth need to be extracted within 6 months time, this is a great place. If notdo yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Over the long weekend I experienced a dental emergency. My regular family dentist was unavailable, and these folks booked me in the same day, on a Sunday even!! I didn't have any work done, but they were very thorough in assessing the situation. They gave me the option of having the having the work done with them, and within a very reasonable time-frame. I'll be checking with my regular dentist to see when he's available and compare.

“Friendly & gentle” is literally the opposite of what I have experienced here. My family has seen 2 different dentists at this office, there has been numerous times our appointments have been canceled last minute. One dentist drives from Oakville I imagine that’s because he didn’t want to practice in his hometown with how poor his services are. I have seen the receptionist and hygienists literally be mortified over how the dentists have behaved. My kid received a filling that was not done correctly, we came back in because he now has an infection. My kid was treated so poorly we left during the appointment. And now have to see a specialist to have his tooth removed because it wasn’t taken care of here the first time. We will never return to this office and would NOT recommend especially for kids.* I have no doubt you have multiple Sarah’s as patients. Accountability is better than deflection.

Fantastic friendly and caring service.I went in with a cavity and a toothache.I thought the Dr. would have a look and book me in for another appointment.Turns out he fixed on the spot.I was very appreciative.

I've been to this dentist several times with each visit leaving my teeth in more pain than the last. The first time I went here was for a MINOR chip on the corner of my front tooth. Dr Chang used his rotary tool sanding more of my tooth than what felt necessary which hurt more than the chip itself as I was not given enough anesthetic. That filling was done and in less than a year it chipped away so I booked another visit. This time he sanded much more of my tooth completely removing the enamel in several spots and even slipped with the tool taking a portion of the enamel off my other healthy tooth. As you can clearly see in the photo most of my enamel is now missing over what was supposed to be a simple fix for a very small chip. This is unacceptable work and poor service. Now my front teeth are constantly in pain. I reached out to let them know what happened and received no response. Do not waste your time coming here as they'll also charge you as much money as possible (luckily I have dental coverage) but it seemed very much apparent the times I went there they did what they could to charge me as much as possible seeing several things listed on my receipt that did not make any sense.
