This company is one that values customer service. The salesman I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful. Not only did he help me find a desk I like, but he found one that fit my exact measurements, needs, and style. I would highly recommend this place if you are wanting to buy a new desk or chair.

Finally decided to splurge and buy an office chair that would stop dumping people on the floor and not feel like a church pue. Had an issue with one of the levers a few weeks after purchase and Source was helpful in resolving. I'll be getting our next chairs there as well.

I was a very happy customer! Spent the entire day looking for a simple student desk/set of drawers/chair for my son and was very frustrated that every place we phoned or went to had no stock and it would be at least a month or two wait if we ordered. Our last stop was Source Office Furniture. We made it there just before closing time and the salesperson, Dave, was very courteous and helpful and quickly found us exactly what we needed/wanted and it was in our price range! There was only one piece that he wasn't able to get in for about a week. However, he phoned the next morning to say he had managed to secure the missing piece for us and our whole order was ready to be picked up. When my son and I came to pick up our order later that day, Dave had left on sales calls but he had given our name and order to another sales rep who was ready and waiting for us, even to the point of meeting us on the loading dock in the back of the building to make sure that we had every piece of our order put in our vehicle. Customer service like that is very hard to find anywhere these days! And their products are great! Mix and match pieces that are bound to suit your taste and fit exactly where you want to put them! Next time I need any type of office furniture or chair, I will most definitely stop here first instead of last. They have great products in stock at affordable prices, friendly staff, and great customer service. Can't beat that!!

I am very impressed with the Office Source, great selection, fast order and installation, quality furniture. The installation team was amazing, also Chance Gudnason was very thorough with our large order, got everything right the first time and took great care of us. Quality and Professional store.

I went in to look for an ergonomic chair; with zero expense spared as my employer is purchasing it. The associate I dealt with had zero interest in helping me, I explained what I was looking for - he showed me two floor models that weren't anything like what I was looking for then said I'd need to special order what I was describing. Funny thing was on my way out, there was a chair in one of the office displays that was exactly what I was looking for. I took a quick look to see where the associate went and he was already back at his desk. I just kept walking and the drove over to Action Office Interiors and dealt with a super helpful associate and tried out some chairs and then custom ordered one in the frame color and fabric choices I wanted. Too easy.

Great furniture selection. Very nice showroom. Many more options for mid to higher end products than typical office supply locations. Prices are very reasonable.

I'm really impressed with the customer service. Called ahead to see if they had stock, they confirmed they had one on the sales floor to try it out, and offered to set one aside when the next order came in with my name on it.When I showed up at the showroom, they found already had my invoice ready to go. I tried out the chair, said yes, paid, and was gone in less than half an hour.

Great experience shopping for a high quality office chair here! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, efficient and professional customer service, and a great selection of furniture. Super happy with my chair and very glad I chose to stop in and sit in all the different chairs before buying.

Great place to go and look at office furniture. The showroom is big and clean and well lit. The sales team I dealt with was great. They were very helpful and informative. The prices seem to be very competitive. The warehouse staff was were great to deal with also. I would recommend this place to any looking for good office furniture.

First of all I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the whole place. It was very organized and easy to look at. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. 10/10 customer service with my visit. I went there to find a desk with specific measurements and within seconds they were able to find me one that fit me perfectly and within my price range as well. The desk itself is super sturdy and I will be recommending anyone in the future in need of office supplies to check them out!
