Awesome singing. Chill vibes. Very nice. Could use better bar and nuts with the parties

This is my 5th time with stars on board. This one is the most disappointing of all 5. Best one was the 1st one on the Norwegian jade, later ones they were deteriorating in standard of the ship quality, amenities and the entertainment programmes. Most important negative points I would like to highlight here are; the cancellation of shereen's party without informing customers only the day before the cruise which was a deceiving action left us with a feeling of humiliation and to make it even worse Mr Harb didn't replace her with another singer and left the whole sea day with no party. He knows if he informed us earlier we have the right to cancel the whole trip as per their terms and conditions. The other thing is the announcement of Noor Alzain not being able to be on board just few minutes before his performance time which is really really annoying not-respectable for us. Many of us came to see Shereen and Noor Alzain which didn't happen.The other point is the restaurant area, its very tight nor organized well which created chaos during dinning times. Other thing, the port cities we visited were not great, there was nothing much to explore and do.

The last trip, if not at a good level, some artists did not come and did not inform those in the matter, such as the artist Nour Zein, as there are some difficulties in entering the ship

Dear all .. I am writing to you live from the event..I previously attended SOB Mediterranean and I must say.. this time .. I am totally disappointed..Firstly the cruise is older, less facilities and the open buffet area was small and overcrowded..Secondly and most importantly is the conerts management..On day 3, Zain was supposed to sing but he wasn't there and only for Fans giving out, Mr Harb came in the middle of the concert to give a disgraceful apology that he didn't tell those Fans who travelled thousands of miles..On Day 4, shereen was supposed to sing. But for unforeseen circumstances she couldn't attend.. there was no attempt by the management to bring another singer, particularly the day she was supposed to sing was all day in the sea.. this lead that people were wondering around in the ship aimlessly .. only to spend their precious time with a pathetic DJ.. I am sorry for my angry language .. but to worn other fans..

I had been in Stars on Board Sydney 2017. It was so organised and we spent a great time on Royal Caribbean. However some points the people weren't happy from. Ten very well known singers (stars)have been advertised in Stars on Board Site before buying the tickets, and we all shocked when we got the concert tickets on board by seeing ONLY 3 of them. Part of the money should get back to your clients for not committing you with them !!!The WORSE part of Stars on Board is ignoring the people from other nationalities and welcome only Lebanese people. 30% of the tickets sold to Iraqi people, and none of the presenters and singers welcomed them except the first Lebanese singer, and surely Hattem Al-Iraqi did. Most of the welcome ONLY to Lebanese people !!! as the staff are Lebanese. So, please the next time check your client nationalities and be aware of this point as this is the part of respect !!. We paid a lot of money for 4 nights only that can be paid for USA travel for one month, so at least the respect to all people must be given and in the same quantity.

En veldig fin og unik opplevelse. Dette oppleves ikke andre steder. Resultatene er veldig gode og har variert matretter.Det eneste kan vare negativt er ansvarsfraskrivelse både fra arrangøren og båtselskapet.Vi fikk en dyrt koffert ødelagt, men verken båtselskapet eller arrangøren svarte på alle mailene mine.Da ble turen par euro dyrere.
