Well. the store got good clothing and accessories but every time I am in the store, staff doesn't seem friendly. It feels like as if they are tired.As its all lovely ladies working in the store I never see a smile on their face, the customer service is not upto the mark.As its the only one store in town unfortunately offering good on trend clothing & accessories, one has no choice.It would be nice to have more enthusiastic and lively staff in the store.

Staff was very helpful and showed me all of the excellent sales

Ive been accused of stealing and anytime i try to tell them i haven't i get im sorry sweetie but you cant be in here" i get treated like a child"

I feel really offended after leaving that store!! I had to use their change room and had a couple of clothes. I only decided to take one and left the other one on the side rack cuz im not buying it. One of the staff followed mr to ask why I was just carrying one. Pointed her where I left it. Still they were following around like you're gonna steal something. Very bad customer service!!!!

Really cute! Mostly a girls store but is stocking some clothes for guys

Terrible management. My daughter bought cartilage earrings from here. Buy 1, get 1 for a dollar She pointed out the ones she wanted, and the sales associate had her pay for them and handed her the bag. When my daughter got home, she noticed the sales associate had made a mistake and given her two of the same cartilage earrings so went back the next day to speak to the manager and explain that a mistake had been made and requested the correct earring. The manager was extremely rude and refused to exchange it even though it was a mistake on the store's part and the package had not been opened. If I could give 0 stars to the store's management, I would.

I love that store! I walk by alot and stop in to check sales. Someone always comes to offer help . Never once had bad service and I dont always buy but i still look.

Would not recommend shopping here when you’re a tourist. Blonde lady is very snappy and even asked us if we know there was a line up to enter even if there isn’t and in a very belittling way. There was no person out to supervise with or without line up as per stores door are closed.Over all, stocks are outdated and poor customer service.
