Real Canadian Superstore Lougheed Highway

I shop at this location for many years. Most of the staff there are friendly and helpful. On Monday, Jan 29 around 12:33 pm after I finished all my groceries and I headed to the self checkout to pay. As I was pushing the cart toward the machine and out of no where the staff ( dressed in black uniform) walked in front of the cart so I stopped for her but she didn’t realize that she’s almost got ran over then I said to her you’re almost got hit then she started to give me a lesson that I needed to look out even driving outside and same in here; clearly you’re jay walking when I was pushing the cart toward the machine but I didn’t say anything back. Lol I don’t think I need you to teach me how to drive; but you need to watch where you’re going. After I scanned my groceries then I scanned my gift card to pay and it said help is on the way. Then this same lady came over and I handed her the gift card and she passed it back to me and told me to scratch the PIN code at the back for her. I saw her nails were long and painted red that’s why she didn’t want to scratch the code so her nails would not be ruined but expected me to use my nails to scratch and I happened to have my keys with me so I used it to scratch the code off. I assume supervisor can have long red nails and also can order customers to work for them too. Very disappointed with this situation

Big store, nice staffs, diversification of goods, not so much noisy

Great store, clean and easy to find items. Even packed and busy was a quick in and out.

Staff is lovely. The store is clean and presentable. I just hate that I have to bag my own groceries.

Lots of selection of grocery items and more than the average Superstore! A great option when in the Maple Ridge area or even from a neighbouring city thanks to the close location to the Golden Ears!

This is our go to store. So clean, organized, and helpful staff. Things do run out and have empty shelves sometimes.Having the family doc within the same store makes life even easier.

Big news the store is in the process of being renovated. They just finished the outside on June 10th but soon when they can will work on the inside of the store right now the inside is untouched Warning they may do self checkouts and cashier lanes so be prepared to wait in long lines while some of the checkouts are out of service for renovation. Nice and clean shopping floor. Shopping space is pretty comfortable. Clearance area is nice with low prices. The employees are pretty nice and friemdly. Public washrooms available. Check out speed is normal. Self check out option available. The bus stop is just located in front of the door, which is convenient. The parking lot is pretty big and barely fulled. I would definitely recommend this store.

Be very careful when shopping here. Check your receipts thoroughly. Almost every time I shop here the prices are higher at the checkout than what the shelf label says. This store needs to get their act together and ensure things are properly labeled. Tired of going to customer service and having them try and blame the customer about the stores sloppy job of pricing/labeling shelves.

The deli selection was fabulous even late at night before closing there was still alot of good things to choose from.
