I got a run-flat tire notification in the Caledon area at the end of the work day with 2 kids and a dog in the car so I was panicking and calling all the service centres in the area. The team at Automotive Maintenance were the only ones willing to help me out in my emergency.Not only were they willing to help me right away, but they were so kind to me and professional. They fixed up the tire within a half hour and the price was less than I thought it would be! They totally could have gouged me in the situation I was in, but instead they were honest, supportive and very professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for automotive repair!! The nicest people ever! They are the best mechanic, very honest and offer fair prices. Very happy with their service and are willing to go above and beyond to provide for their customers. I live an hour away but I would definitely come here to get my vehicles serviced anytime.

John and his techs are top shelf. Went into the shop for a quick assessment on my head lighting system. They found the problem very quickly. Super efficient and extremely friendly. I'd highly recommend this shop to anybody.

Owner John went out of his way to help us when we were stranded with a flat tire, afterhours on the Friday night of a long weekend. We were fortunate to have broken down right across from his shop as we drove through Caledon East. He was actually closed but came to our assistance anyway. Thanks to John, we were able to resume our long drive from Ottawa to Owen Sound in good time and enjoy Thanksgiving with family. This place goes above and beyond!
