This place is being completely renovated / remodeled from floor to ceiling , and wall to wall , with NO cost spared and the best of everything being put into it .This absolute luxurious up scale high rise condo will most definitely add some well needed class and elegance to our downtown Hamilton .The owner is a great guy who has put alot of heart and soul into putting his idea into play ,along with alot of hard work . But the payoff is going to be worth it , you can tell just by looking at it as you walk by . A elegant high rise condo to go with his classy up scale restaurant to go along side each other is a beautiful idea.My husband helped with some of the renovations/remodeling and I was able to catch a glimpse of the inside a few times and I'm excited to see it fully finished .
