He was prompt, adequately prepared, and was knowledgeable and conducted himself with solid knowledge. I would. NOT hesitate to us the services of. Gravity when further services are required. Stefan came to my house over the course of a few days to terminate Cat6 cables, install a Sonos sound system and outdoor security cameras. He was on time each and every day and did an excellent job installing a server rack in a difficult location underneath the basement stairs. He also installed a new power outlet next to the server rack and blended the cables so well that I couldn't tell that it was newly added to the house! Will definitely come back to Gravity for any future work.

Pulemi was very knowledgeable and professional, with reasonable up-front pricing. The work was done well, even the city inspector commented on the quality of the work. The plug was a really tight fit into the electrical outlet - they came within a couple of days and helped resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this company for your household electrical work.

Re: Nest thermostat check up. Found Gravity Electricals on Homestars site. Pelumi sent Stefan the next day. Fault was in the fire alarm. It was rectified immediately with the assurance of finding better solutions after Nest App gets migrated to Google Home in 2024. Pelumi & Stefan were extremely knowledgeable of the subject. The fee was reasonable. Personally, Pelumi sounded courteous and accommodating on the first phone call. Stefan who visited the residence was a gentleman and highly competent. I was very comfortable with him. Very satisfied with his speed of work. He didn't need supervision. He did not fumble with the job. I will hire them again for any electrical related work they can do.

In our small office we had data cords running all over, switches randomly in the office and unreliable internet due to the patch work done around the office. Mark arrive on time, was very pleasant and definitely knew what he was doing. I had Gravity install a generator panel with an outside outlet at my house. Pelumi was great at communicating over email and took the time to explain the project details before I finally gave approval. Stefan did the actual installation and wiring and was timely, courteous and professional. The price was reasonable as well (in the range I expected) and the fact was that Gravity was the only company, of the several I contacted, that was willing to take on a one-off project like this. They've also coordinated with the city inspector on my behalf to get the project inspected and approved.

Connor was the electrician assigned to fix some electrical problems with our home. He was courteous and professional. He also did outstanding work at at a fair price. I would definitely recommend these folks to others that are looking for electrical work done on their home.

I had the pleasure of working with Gravity over the summer to get a new electrical service ran out to my newly built detached garage. Gravity was knowledgable and very straight forward in our initial meetings and helped me plan out the fine details of what I wanted to do. They want above and beyond in this regard and made suggestions for fixtures and placements that I may have otherwise missed, being someone without such experience. The provided estimate was more than reasonable and I was happy to have them so the work.The work itself was not easy, Gravity worked through some of the hottest days of the summer to get the trench and electrical lines ran out to where they needed to be, and still managed to complete the work in a reasonable time frame without negatively impacting the quality of the end result.All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, the assistance they provided me in tailoring the solution to my needs and their ability to work around tough conditions while still delivering a great product makes me confident others should feel the same.
