Amazing and quick! I stopped by the other day to have passport photos taken; the lady was really nice and had the photos printed and back to me in LESS than 5 minutes! BONUS - Passport photos are free with some (maybe all) CAA Memberships!! Very happy about my visit to this location.

CAA is not like it used to be. I suppose with the advent of GPS and assorted electronics. Trip ticks just aren't needed. Great place to buy luggage and out of country health insurance.

I was sent to CAA because I was looking for a child’s passport application form. The older lady who helped me was rude and argued with me that no one carried applications except passport offices. Please do better. Lots of places carry them, and as she said herself CAA used to as well. I was needing help not an argument.

Went to Orillia Friday morning for travel help. No others in the store. Every staff person in store was the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. You can't just walk in you need appointment, we don't give travel advice we only look up flights hotels. One older woman should find a job that doesn't involve working with public. I wouldn't talk to my dog with the lack of respect shown. Never going back and likely will not renew if that's what you call customer service. Absolutely not acceptable, CAA should be embarrassed!
