Allan is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable about home health. He is responsive and identified the issues in our home quickly. He also came up with solutions to the problems that was followed up with a high quality report.

The Technician was very responsive prior to the visit and on the day was punctual. I got a feeling of thoroughness during his inspection and he was gracious to explain everything during the inspection. I felt a great deal of comfort in the whole process. We recently had a Tesla charger installed at our home but soon after began experiencing interruptions in charging. We could not be more impressed with the work Allan has done for us. Anyone who hires Allan Grin should consider themselves lucky.Benefits:Hiring Allan AVOIDS all the usual problems of previous contractors I hired: not answering your calls, starting job late, starting another client’s job before finishing your job; going over your budget, unable to improvise changes required as the job proceeds, or general incompetence.The job:Allan installed built-in shelves, patched an entire basement wall punctured by my kid’s hockey pucks, mounted new drywall (removed water damaged drywall, then mudded and sanded new ones), hung French doors (that I purchased from garage sale that did not fit my doorway but Allan made fit).Attention to details:With his engineering background, he was able to diagnose and perform the correct work in my water-damaged house, even “over-engineering” my renovations, ensuring the pine shelves in basement would hold extra weight and not mould (plastic undersheeting). He also CLEANED UP after his work in my house (sawdust, drywall dust, the leftover pieces cut wood, etc) and outside my house as well. No contractor I know does that.Budget:Allan came in UNDER budget even after the work took him one more day then planned. He also SAVED me money: When asked to cut in a wall to get behind my stacked washer/dryer to balance the back legs, Allan merely grabbed a yardstick and started prodding and poking along the ground beneath the washer and somehow was able to see and reach and spin the locking nuts to balance the back legs.Thank you Allan.

We had an issue with one of light fixtures, it buzzed when turned on. Alan came in quickly identified the problem and came up with a solution. We also had him look at our water system. He took some samples and came up with a plan to improve it. We now have much better water in our home. He is very professional and made our home better. Thanks Alan!
