They have exceeded all my business needs and great customer service.

Several weeks ago in the midst of a move; this branch literally went above and beyond to assist me during this time. I wrote them a very deserving review . Unfortunately I wrote it on the wrong branch's website ie: Woodbridge Ave. My review is for this wonderful location. I will just repeat myself here as no truer words have been said. I wish I could give this branch of the IC Credit Union more than 5 stars!!!! It truly is exceptional in every area one would expect of a banking institution. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!! At this financial institution you are not just another number. You are treated with respect and with care. The staff here is exceptional in every sense and have a ready answer to all of your questions. Shout out to the team

Why pay monthly fee's at other banks when you can bank for free here where they actually value your service.

Typically my preferred branch, more accessible than the Woodbridge ave. branch. Always have tellers that are bi-lingual (Italian and English) and if any teller has to do something out of their comfort zone the whole staff freely communicates with each-other for help.IC Savings sets a pretty high standard for customer service that is notable if you ever use ANY big bank. Because of this, the experience grows with anyone more you use it - even if it’s by phone or online.I strongly recommend it!

IC Savings has the best customer service of all financial institutions. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary with my account needs. Mary is extraordinarily phenomenal taking her time to thoroughly and simply explain the products and rates available at IC Savings. At IC Savings, service, rates and products are incomparable. Thank you to each and everyone at IC Savings for making your customers feel that they are more than just customers.

Im a customer and I really like IC Savings, but I'm giving this branch one star and if I could I would give it zero stars because the staff is quite surly and unfriendly. My branch is the Dufferin one and it's amazing. I've also banked at the Woodbridge Ave branch, which is outstanding. This one leaves much to be desired. I don't relish the thought of going to deposit $200 cash and be treated like garbage. I was at that this particular location twice, and twice the overly made up tellers treated me like I was bothering them or they were doing me a favour taking my money (which which btw, keeps them employed). I didn't need anything complicated but I didn't realize that handing people money and waiting for a receipt is such a bother. Therefore, even though I literally work down the street from there, I will drive to Woodbridge Avenue or Dufferin and Glengrove so I don't have to deal with the attitude at this branch. I guess you need to have 100k or 200k in the bank to be treated like a valued customer.
