Brampton Towers

Moved in last year....love our building and the service provided! I see a lot of negative reviews but that is absolutely not our experience! Happy I choose this building as our home!Maintenance is always on top of things. Management keeps us informed at all times of everything going on in the building and surrounding facilities.Warm feeling from staff.....overall we are very happy!

We’ve been living here in 430 mcmurchy for almost 3 months, and the management have been really on top of things like maintenance issues, pest control etc. I’ve always gotten quick responses from the management, really appreciate it. Also the staff are really helpful when we email.

I have moved to this place in March and since then there’s always a construction going on everywhere. I work from home and have to take calls but due to constant disturbance and drilling sound I am not able to talk properly. It’s affecting my work on daily basis and I wasn’t aware about this when I shifted. It’s really bad to live with too much of noise almost everyday. Can I please talk with someone who can help with this?

Our 2nd month here. Was worried about all the negative reviews. But till now we are enjoying our stay here. I am happy with the service provided by the management. They are fast to resolve any problem.

They have no respect for your belongings, roach issues, they’d rather you get a ticket in parking for their mistake/someone else parking in your spot, then to help their own residents. My stuff has been stolen under their watch and never payed back for 4bikes, 3skatboards. Imagine asking for help and you get talked over or disrespected…am I not supposed to call you guys for help ? and yet I’m getting attitude like I did something wrong? And they have no access to cameras at all so if your stuck in a serious situation don’t depend on them to help you period.

Horrible building! Be wise before choosing this they trap you in with their “new” flooring and all. There are light outages all the time, most of the time no water! The management is horrible, especially Patricia and mala… I’ve had flooding in the storage but they didn’t bother helping and asked me to go ask help from my tenant insurance. I’ve lived with centurion for 3 years it was an amazing experience…. Oxford it’s 1.5 year and I HATE IT! Please please please be careful before choosing this building!

New tenants moving in today in building 95. Just one family. Security put the elevator back in service, now 9:45pm the family is using all three elevators to move their stuff. INCONVENIENCE to other tenants.Is this how you all welcome new tenants? Literally just one family moving in, it is not like someone else has booked the service elevator at this time, simply extend the time slot give them another hour.Security has no common sense it seems.

Lived here for 10 years with my family and currently having the worst parking issue. After my parking area was shut down for what’s now been 2 months and relocated to a new spot temporarily, I’ve since complained twice about someone else parking in the same spot I was assigned to. The First Lady clearly did nothing as when I went over there the second time there was no action taken, I’ve been very patient in trying to get a parking spot but has found no resolution. I was called by one of the ladies to tell me that when they went to check there was no car there, which I then replied that this person obviously works through the day and when I get home in the evenings I have no parking spot because they come home before me. I am now stuck with a $50 parking ticket in a place where I live and have made complaints! In addition to that I was given a letter stating my original parking would be ready on April 3 it’s currently April 5th and my parking area is still sealed/ taped off and I still don’t have any parking available to me in the building that I am currently paying monthly for parking. I understand that there’s construction but a resolution should have been provided now I’m stuck with a ticket that I gotta pay outta pocket with still no parking! How many tickets do I need to pay for ? Why should I be the one to pay for parking tickets ? This seems like absolutely BS.

UPDATES: (2022)(440 McMurchy )I think it is important to note the specific buildings that are being reviewed as not all may be the same.I have been frustrated with this place yearly but I am noticing a real effort to improve the issues previously faced. I have not seen the safety issues faced before with staircase dwellers,or car break-ins. The overall upkeep of the building seems better on the part of management so I am increasing my 1 star review from the previous year as the overall conditions have been vastly improved. No pests, better response times for fixing issues,laundry upgraded,security issues reduced significantly. Hope it only goes better.2021:These buildings are riddled with crime and slum living. The security is inadequate and ineffective.Hardly is anyone securing anything.Today my car was broken into,in January my husband had his car broken into. Garage doors are left open, doors knobs are broken so having a FOB system is useless. There are too many dogs and ghetto dog owners who allow their pets to urinate near elevators and on carpets. The renovations create noise pollution daily and being on lock down, it has been horrendous. The apartments are sloppily done to prepare for tenants. Many issues actually stem from the nasty people living in the buildings. The rise in crimes on this property is alarming and there is no support or protection for what is happening.Installing video cameras and surveillance systems around the garage parking areas is needed. The underground parking at 440 McMurchy is DANGEROUS with the layout, criminals and construction forcing you to pass people closely and providing blind spots that persons can enact violence. They claim no liability for anything damaged or stolen in your cars,yet the doors are broken,the garage gates are left open all day for construction so anyone can just walk in and do what they want. I do not feel safe living there.It is overpriced for having no peace of mind. Where is the security ??????????????????????

Horrible place to live in. It's full of bedbugs, cockroaches and the building is always filthy dirty! When I first was looking to rent here management made it seem like it was a wonderful place to live in and they were super nice at the beginning...afterwards management became so mean and nasty towards us. Laundry machines are pretty much always busy with clothes that have been sitting there from the day before and not to mention the machines are dirty! One day I I saw a lady putting in sheets full of diarrhea and it was so gross!!! Please do not I repeat do not rent this place...and if u do then u will regret it.
