This subway used to be the best until the got rid of their sub of the day deal and now increased their sub prices 2$ more than other subways in the downtown core.

Employee (girl) was sitting with bf and eating, when i entered the store she didn't treat well and was in hurrey and refuse to grill the sub and said it will get dirty with souce. Very bad attitude with rude body gastures. Will not suggest anyone for this store.

The customer service is pathetic, they themselves don't know much.. They are always in a hurry to ask if we are ready. I would never come back to this again

Absolutely pathetic subway experience i ever had. Please avoid this storeI ordered 2 foot longs 1 veggie patty and the other one chicken teriyaki.The staff is so rude didn't even know how to deal with customer's and even the owner was rude didn't know how to interact with customers.The staff didn't wore gloves while preparing the sandwich when asked she said i didn't touch you sandwich.Even the washroom wasn't working.Literally worst subway experience

I was here today honestly so disappointing I was really craving subway but the girl who helped me seemed like she would have rather died than make my sandwich she was honestly kinda rude I think she was training the other girl there who seemed sweet but she was kinda being rude to her too I don’t expect really great customer service from a subway but the food was also bad the bread was super tough and old and I’m pretty sure the girl picked up just pepper instead of the salt and pepper like I asked cuz there was so so so so much pepper on my sandwich I work in customer service and am not one to complain so I ate it but it was hard to choke down to say the least.

The most clean store i found in downtown, they bake the best cookies. I always get into this store because of their customer service. Staff is so friendly and nice.

Have you ever been at a Subway, watched them make your sandwich and wanted to just climb over the counter and do it yourself....cuz they were making a mess of it?That's pretty much me at every other Subway when I do go, but not this time.I walked in...store was immaculately clean, the service professional, friendly and fast. My footlong was Super fresh...the bread and all the ingredients. The girl that made my sandwich made it like she was making it for herself. Time, attention and care.You know what this resulted in?A Sub that I had for dinner that makes me want to go back to that Subway...and I will.

When they say eat fresh, they don't mean this location, rotten spinach put in without a care in the world. As if she didn't notice the black parts. Tomatos are not fresh either. Good thing they don't beg for tips like the one on thurlow. They wouldn't get any.

Clearly doesn’t want people’s money , ignored for 20 minutes. The owner should be aware and send in auditors to see this for them self .
