Commissionaires - sans rendez-vous

I went to get my fingerprints done. The treatment by the two lady staff was extremely unprofesssional and unwelcoming because of an email they were not able to receive on their end for a couple of minutes.

My1st time there didn't know what to expect.I must of arrived at the perfect time because there was one gentleman infront of me, he was there for not more then 15 minutes and it was my turn, I was greeted by a staff member that disinfected everything before I was able to sit down, she was extremely professional and greeted me in both languages, I was there less then 15 minutes.The waiting room is spotless more then any place I have been to so they certainly follow Covid rules and regulations.

Excellent customer service in the fingerprint department! My wife had some problems with the quality of her fingerprints and we were forced to go there three times to redo her fingerprints. The staff was very respectful and patient! Kudos to the gentleman who took her prints by ink and the lady in front desk who was very patient until she managed to get her electronic print out. All the COVID-19 protocols were very well respected! We felt very safe on the spot!

The best course with different trainers which has the best experience in their domain, in a lovly amusement environment. The important part was their support from A-Z , the last day of the course we had interview with Human Resources in order to find the job.Reasonable price , perfect service with educated experimented trainers. Thanks for all support

They will offer you services and make you pay and in the end its not what you ask for. Better go with another company trust me.They are scammers.

Asked for a police certificate specifically for US immigration, given the wrong document. When I asked for a refund I was ignored. When we went in to get the right document they were rude and irritated that we did not bring our passport, despite the fact they lacked to mention we needed to being it. Bad service, bad attitude. Would not recommend.

The service agent was very quick and efficient and had all the questions to my answers.They work directly with the government agencies and are quick to send info to them.

People working in this place need more training in customers service, they have to understand diversity and they are serving people from diffrent walk of lives, people who are new comers, people who do not speak french.......!!!!customers go there and give u money!!!!! to pay your Bill's and expenses so they expect better treatment and better service.Do not push customers, listen to them and give them chances to talk and 2 tell u what they are there for??Either you do good customers service or stop taking our money.!

I have recently completed their online course and I can honestly say that it was an amazing experience! Aurelien is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
