I had my MRI yesterday. They were very professional and conscientious. The facilities were clean. There was a nespresso machine for a coffee after the MRI. The MRI was modern looking. Same type as the Ottawa General Hospital (if I'm not mistaken). I was given a CD of the images on the way out.And to the person who waited 5 whole days for an MRI, BOO HOO.

I have to give credit to the two MRI technologists for their compassion, empathy and kindness. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make I was OK. I am so grateful to them. I recommend this place.

I needed a diagnosis immediately and couldn’t get a diagnosis from OHIP doctors, paid healthcare is the route to go. I felt safe and in good hands there. The technician was welcoming and put on some great classical music for me while in the MRI. Just a great overall feeling being there. I received my MRI report the very next day and it eased my mind immediately from an ongoing 6 week frantic going from ER to ER to find out what was wrong with me. I’m on the correct mental and physical path to healing now. I definitely recommend this place!

Les 2 échographies que nous avons eu là-bas, pire service. La première ne parlait pas du tout français autre qu'assis, coucher, froid. La deuxième n'a même pas pris le temps d'écouter le coeur du bébé. Nous lui avons demandé de l'entendre et elle n'a même pas pris 15 secondes pour l'écouter et nous a dit qu'il bat pas. Pour le prix, horrible service, je ne recommande pas du tout.

Excellent!Je n'ai jamais eu de scan dans ma vie avec la musique de mon choix (7-8 options) dans des écouteurs. Le scan a duré 20 min.Avec la musique, ça a paru 2 minutes.Claude
