Wonderful work.

Facials are worth it. They usually use good products and you feel refreshed after your done. They even customize it, as you need, and sometimes even do galvanizing, microdermabrasion, etc.Manicures are okay, but polish application is always a no-no for me, as my pedicure experiences have been terrible. They don't dry it well, say it's dry and let you go. But each time I find sock impressions, or ruined corners. I would rather spend a few more bucks and go to my usual 3rd party esthetician.Haircuts are, also, a hit and miss, although my experience has mostly been on the positive side.These days the manicure prices have gone up, but they don't tell you what semester you're booking with (which is a new feature) and charge you more without prior warning.Appointment booking is a messy ordeal as well, since they're never prompt and there's changes in time and/or confusion in dates. Often, they make you fill the same forms over and over. Feedback is not given the attention it should be.

AMAZING experience. Brittany, my stylist, Andrea (?? Horrible with names) the other stylist who assisted on bleach, color and style and the instructors were warm, friendly and a joy to work with. The color blend is superb and the cut is super sexy and cute. Would recommend 1000x over!! Worth every single penny. Utterly impressed. THANK YOU ALL!!! Most fun I ever had at a salon!

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! they did such a horrible job on gel shellac nails and when I asked if I could have my money back they refused. They don't value the requests you ask. and they told me to come a specific day and there WAS NOBODY AT THE FRONT DESK. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY MONEY SINCE THEY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IM VERY ANNOYED AS I LEFT SO MANY VOICE MAILS ABOUT THIS SITUATION AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY OR MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

Received a facial. Very relaxing and improved my skin greatly! Student made me feel comfortable and read through the requests thoroughly.

Staff is students but there is always a professional (the teacher) making sure things are done properly. I'm always happy with the result!
