Sasktel is officially the worst. They don't notify my that my auto payments haven't been going through for months. Stop service. I pay immediately and then wait on holder for over 2 hours before being hung up on. I call back and they tell me that the service can not be restored until the payments department approves this so I'm without service I have paid for for over a day. Why is allowable?

Sasktel and shaw run a monopoly over the internet service in Saskatchewan. Unfortunately both of them are completely terrible, overpriced and always have issues/outages.

Pushy salesmanI live in Sutherland, it was about 6pm and was in the middle of making supper when a salesman came to the door. I asked what he was selling, he didn't tell me and just started asking me questions about my current service. I told him I wasn't interested and tried closing my door, he moved forward as if he was trying to get inside and continued with his sales pitch. I had to tell him again I wasn't interested. Again he just continued talking and finally I just closed the door, it was a really uncomfortable experience. Very unprofessional.
