Contacted TD Auto club for help with jump starting my car battery. Had to pop into a restaurant to keep warm. Trevor arrived quickly and waited patiently for me to get to the car. Excellent service from Steven, mannerly and very helpful. This is the best towing company I have ever had in over 55 years. I think larger companies make it hard for good companies like this one. I should have the right to ask for York Regional I pay for the yesr. I should get good service. Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance has not impressed me by the way I was treated today. my car should be fixed and not sitting in my driveway Don't want to see Abrams ever again

Awful service and care!I have my car park here for 16 hours, they charged me for 2 days!Small parking! My car was stuck in between other cars and I have to wait for the tow truck to come for them to move other cars to take mine out! HE CAME AND WENT FOE BREAKFAST FIRST WHILE IAM WAITING IN THE COLD OUTSIDE!AT LEAST GET A BIGGER PARKING LOT WHILE CHARGING LIKE 5 STAR HOTEL!

Kudos to the expert Brad B. He came in no time (expected time was 1 hour) he showed up in 25 mins. He gave the best possible recommendation to get my car off a curb I got stuck above with minimal scratches or any damage to the bottom of the car.Professional, wise and friendly person. This company is ruining La Viva Towns Woodbridge, running over the curbs and damaging the property. Towing the cars which are stopped for removing the groceries and other heavy stuff as there are no elevators and designated space for unloading. They are always around this property and towing cars recklessly. Avoid using them as they have no ethics and principals.
