These guys were great - helped in a pinch when I accidentally locked my child in the vehicle in the Fountain Tire parking lot.Call it right place at the right time for me - Before I even had to make the call he came over to offer to help.Thank you for being so kind and going out of your way to help a mama get back to her baby!

These guys are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to any one. They have helped many times and I have never had any problems and very reasonable rates. They even have helped people in the middle of the forest with no cell service with a flat tire. Pretty awesome actually.

Nick went above and beyond and really helped save the day for our family by towing our 5th wheel when we were stranded! He was so helpful, professional and kind and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone needing any kind of towing service. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

Locked my keys in my car. Called up Douglas Towing , and the rearranged appointments to get a truck out right away to help. Driver arrived right away, and had my car open in about 30 seconds with no damage or marks on the car. Would definitely use them again.

I talked to Nick (I guess the owner? Not sure) the night before I needed to move an old vehicle from Honeymoon Bay to Duncan. Dude was super cool on the phone and it all sounded great. He gave me a time that he would be there. I drove to Honeymoon Bay from Mill Bay to meet him and he never showed up. Despite texting with me the day before and talking on the phone he completely ghosted me. Not a word. No sorry I can't fit you in" or anything. Thankfully I found a reliable company (Grant Daly's shop in Youbou) to tow me. If you are really counting on a tow like I was

These guys are great, went out in the bush 50km and pulled my 4x4 out of a steep bank at 3a.m. Highly reccomend for off-road recovery or any other towing. Thanks a lot Nick!
