I was so stressed and tight and Krystal’s online booking allowed me to get in as soon as I could! She was on time, courteous and really paid attention to extra sore areas to make sure they got the therapy they needed! Will be going back! A true gem!

Refuses to produce a receipt for me post massage a few months later (as my Insurance company is requesting). Refuses to get back to me (over a two and a half week period). I have left 3 voice messages and two texts for that ONE receipt … on the CURRENT phone number listed on her website that has an answering machine set up that was never full when I called. Yet, she is still seeing clients and running her business as I can see online booking for this week. I would advise not going to her as it is clear she will not produce a receipt for you when you pay cash. She is currently reported to Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. I sincerely hopes she gets disciplined. HORRIBLE SERVICE. She claims she has recently moved — that was end of November 2021 — on your website your address is updated so why hasn’t your business phone been “set up”? It’s interesting that within an hour of contacting your association (who can discipline you) you have decided to email me my receipt and answer me on here after I tried for over two weeks!! Then say your business phone isn’t set up… right…. Keep up the great customer service. :)

I’ve been seeing Krystal for 9 years. She is one of the absolute BEST massage therapists in the city. She direct bills to almost every major Insuance company. She’s flexible and accommodating to clients and ALWAYS fixes my muscular issues. Five stars isn’t enough to rate such a wonderful therapist and person! 10/10 highly recommend seeing Krystal!
