We have been loyal customers of this supplier for many years, they only carry quality goods, they do not sell to the public, and are always super helpful and knowledgeable. The team at the Dalhousie Street location offer excellent customer service, shoutout to Stephanie and Alicia who are always so helpful!

I like the products they sell but because I am young they treat you like your nothing I have my diploma, I’ve been a medical esthetician for a year now and they don’t even let me walk around and look for stuff I need so I take my money else where.

i recieved a call from your organization at 12:58 pm on 10 21 2021 and when i called to ask who call and stated that i just recieved a call, the customer service staff was s very rude, then abruptly hung up the phone. Instead of acknowleging that she miss dialed the number.

I’m not sure how they have 4 stars on google but worst place to go as a student. Not only is the energy awful but the older lady who works at the front is very stush. I am a student at Versailles academy, she gave me a dirty look with disgust and when talking about stores with my class and expert teachers, she also said the store is absolutely ridiculous, outrageous prices and the customer service is sub par. I suggest any other beauty supply, if anything save your money and wait to shop at a CLORES beauty supply or something. Do not put money into they’re pocket. When asking for a discount the elder lady stubbed me and I felt like I was back at my rude American grandmothers house.

Exceptional service. Second to none. Staff and management (all the way to the top) are very knowledgeable on each and every product they have. The manager and assistant manager were extremely helpful when I was setting up my small business. They did a lot of the work on my behalf, gave sound professional advise that really helped me and made what could have been a stressful time a lot easier. Love these guys! Would recommend any day!

Manager in Ottawa location can be very rude or belittle customers and students. Older man that works there is terrible at greeting customers as they walk in. My experience the last time I went there was I felt attacked by both as soon I entered the store.

Have been coming here for my wholesale beauty needs since managing spas to eventually having my own small biz. Very knowledgeable staff including the (now-gone) Sarah, Karen & Stephanie! I swear they also work well together and you can tell they care about their job. See you soon my beauty ladies!PS: I always look forward to seeing their nails and them sporting the new collections..

I am a regular customer here and have been for 25years! The staff are always very friendly, helpful and eager to please.They also have a great school and have done many trainings with them over the years. If you are interested in the Esthetic industry or continuing education in the field..this is a terrific place to go!
