Spoke to them on the phone and they said they would call me back and never did. We went with someone else because of the lack of communication and dropping the ball. Can't have that kind of service when dealing with an important event. Too unreliable.Simplistic Linens got in touch with me quickly through their website online form.

Very poor customer service, went in here to get a quote and see the linens, the employee would not move off her chair, got the quote called back to book and they would not book for the quote they gave me they wanted more money after. Why bother giving quotes if you wont stick to them! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Just rude and stuck up people that work here.
