They are fairly quick to answer the call, polite, and efficient. Other than the wait time they were able to solve my issue within a few minutes and/or transfer me to the appropriate department. The personnel came within the allocated time to pick up my package. I would have liked to get a tracking number on the spot but the telephone customer service was able to help me with that. My family has used this service multiple times and did not have any problems.
