Been a Telus customer for years and they never hooked up a good deal on my bill or gave me a break, overall I never had good dealings with them despite being a customer for so long. Went over to Fido and not only did they give me the deal I saw online, shoutout to Shubham he waived my sim cards and gave me an extra deal on top with some perks. Now that's how customer service is supposed to be done.

Was very helpful and calming which I really appreciated because my knowledge in technology is VERY limited. Answered all of my Q's without hesitation. Didn't even push any up sells. I had the best experience with Nav and Shubham. Nav drove across town and picked up an iPhone 12 for me, but when I bought the new phone, I realized afterwards that they only come in 64g. Shubham helped me return the phone and set me up with the iPhone 12 Pro 128g. Shubham was so helpful and understanding about my mistake, and he even helped me get a better deal with the iPhone 12 Pro. Shubham was really patient with me when explaining the deals and plans and he was also really courteous with finding the best deal for my new phone. Went there today to speak with a representative about a plan, I spoke with Shubham, he was extremely helpful, he made sure that I understand everything about the plan that I bought, also tried to get me as much promotion as he could, even helped with setting up my account and explained to me how Fido Xtra works, overall a great experience, it is also not as busy as other Fido booths.
