Nice group of guys. Helped me out with a small project while they were building a condo beside my house. Only reason for 4 stars is basically took over road parking while the condo was under construction ( not really there fault more subcontractors than anyone)

First impressions count for something, or in this case, very little.One of your employees acted like a total a-hole in the Saanich Centre parking lot yesterday. Going the wrong way on a one-way, leaning on the horn when another car simply didn't want to run over a pedestrian (who would have thought?), then double-parking her massive black pickup with your name on the truck.Word of mouth is only as good as what people see you do.

W&J Construction is a very friendly, family orientated workplace. Even if you aren't related you still feel at home. I have been involved with this company for a very long time. I have developed new skills and knowledge through this company and it keeps growing. Our management system always puts the employees needs before anyone else's and make sure everyone is accounted for. The staff here is so friendly and outgoing and makes the working experience a whole lot of fun. I recommend W&J Construction to anyone who has and hasn't worked in the construction trade :).
