We bought our son a new bike while visiting from Calgary. When purchasing the bike, one condition was that the bike had to be ready for pick-up the next day since we were leaving back to the city. Numerous calls and messages were left for Byron to no avail since the shop was typically closed on Sundays. When we requested a refund, he said the bike was final sale and would not refund the purchase. In the end, we had to ask a family member to pick-up the bike a different weekend.

Awesome bike shop. Lots of great parts even for an older bike like mine. Helped me out in a pinch with an older set of hayse disks brakes. Back in the trail the next day! Thanks a bunch!

Awesome bike shop. The technician took extra care to make sure my rental fit just right for me. Rented a Giant Trance which handled everything mount Swansea had to throw at me.

Gave my bike to them in May - paid for it by cheque as he picked it up (and it was cashed on May 30th) and I still dont have my bike back on this date - July 25th.
