When I delivered my car i asked specifically how long it would take. I was told 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. I said if there was risk of it taking longer. They said no. It would be in that time. I asked again as I had a meeting that would start in 2 hours and if there was a risk I would go home and come after and they said it would be no delay. I finally asked if they would see that delay to let me know so I could change.Two hours later (not 1h30) the car was still not ready. I asked why he did not at least give me a heads up and he said, in a very impolite way that I am here to handle cars and not handle my schedule. I don’t even care about the car service anymore. Very poor handling of a the situation. Could care lesse about what the customer asked.

Here you feel that it is not just a simple garage but rather a professional and original consecionnaire which is equipped with all necessary tools. Bravo we have such garages in use.

I recently had a truly dreadful experience at a Toyota dealership that I feel compelled to share. I had scheduled an appointment for an airbag recall at 8 am, and from the very beginning, things went downhill.Upon arrival, they informed me that the recall would take approximately three hours to complete. Fair enough, I thought, and settled in for a long wait. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. One hour after my arrival, I approached one of the employees to inquire about the status of my car. He assured me that they were diligently working on it.Yet, after two hours of waiting, I decided to leave the dealership for a bit to run an errand. I then follow up later to them to check if my car was finally ready. To my utter disbelief, they informed me that it was not, citing the fact that I had left as the reason. But wait a minute, hadn't I already had two-hour wait? Why would I need to be there to service the vehicle? Why would leaving reset my priority in the queue.Feeling utterly exasperated, I mustered the patience to endure yet another setback and returned to the dealership eight hours after my initially arrival. As I confronted one of the staff members about the delay, expressing frustration with the employee, I was met with a surprising level of rudeness. The individual dismissively showing a complete lack of concern for my frustrations.Finally, when I received my car back, I couldn't help but notice that something was off. It no longer sounded the same as before. I'm left with a sinking feeling that they either neglected to address the issue properly or, even worse, caused additional damage to my vehicle.Overall, my experience with this Toyota dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication, the extensive delays, the dismissive attitude, and the questionable service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone seeking quality service and customer care to avoid this particular dealership at all costs.

Terrible service from the Assistant Manager called Bruno. He was intimidating and rude. We had an appointment for the vehicle towards 5pm and they made us wait over an hour after arriving there. After expressing our frustration to them, we could hear him and his staff laughing in our backs, completely unprofessional. Furthermore, they told us repeatedly us to leave if we aren’t happy with their service, which I recommend you all do if you encounter this assistant manager. Thankfully, another reasonable salesman went to our rescue and helped us complete the sale peacefully.

Called over 20 times to place an order with the Parts dep.No one answers. Parts dep. employee is incompetent. Never placed my order after providing him with my credit card information. Never responded to my emails. Even the receptionist doesn't know to who should she transfer my call!!!

This is a review of the assessment center and not of the car dealership itself.But I think it is worthwhile to discuss what happened, since this part of the Toyota Gabriel dealership is besmirching the whole group.So long story short: I moved back to Quebec and needed my car inspected so it can get a Quebec plate. I went to the assessment center, I had the car inspected and was told that the car was almost good, but I had to changes the tires since they were worn out. No problem, I paid for the inspection and tried to have the tires changed the same day at Toyota Gabriel. I was not so lucky, but I understand. The two guys working at the inspection center told me that I just needed to changes the tires and then come back to have the tires inspected and it would take 5min." (Their words not mine)So this morning
