I grew up in a culture where mental health awareness was prominent and you were thought to be crazy if you ever saw a therapist, I took a leap of faith with Sandra at Reestablishing connections and it was just what I needed at the right time. She was patient and understanding and extremely personable. I am doing wonderfully, getting my life back on track and getting closer to God. I now have a different outlook on therapy and I’ve encouraged those around me to see one if needed. If you’re thinking about seeing a therapist, PLEASE, choose Sandra.

Sandra has bar-none made me a better person. She has taught me how to set healthy boundaires. See myself as a whole and worthy person. I've been to several therapists before her and I always thought I just had to cope with symptoms, she asked all the right questions and got to the root of my anxiety. From the moment I had my first consultation with Sandra, I knew that I had found the right therapist for me. Speaking with her I did not feel judged and I did not feel the pressure from her to start my therapeutic journey with her. She truly wanted the best for me whether it be with her practice or someone else's. Almost a year later and Sandra has helped me grow and evolve into the man that I want to be. She has seen me at my lowest and helped me get out from the darkness that was looming over me. Sandra has done wonders for me and my life and the relationships that I have.
