Dr. Jayashankar is amazing and very professional. But the clinic is run really bad. I had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes for a walk in consultation without an appointment and booked an appointment months later for the next consultation. I still had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor despite having a booked appointment. There was another doctor “Dr. Jehathesan” working at this clinic who was also amazing. I don’t know why he doesn’t work here anymore.

One of Yelp's 10 best walk-in clinics! And they have a note on the door that clearly says No walk ins". Type "walk in clinic bur oak" and watch them populate the first result. But remember NO WALK INS. Wasteyutes."

I really appreciate their dedication and service, and it's conveniently close by home too! Every time I'm caught in some urgent situation (even dating back over 15 years ago), the people and service never fail to deliver. Just these past weeks, I was in a sort of complex paperwork dilema where I had to get my 2 step TB test done for work. They were graciously willing to fax these documents to my family doctor, thus revoking the signing fee for my sake so that I wouldn't have to pay twice (my family doctor AND them). In the end, I paid once and that fee went to this drop-in clinic which I'm glad it had!!!!! I appreciate my family doctor but when it comes to appointments, it takes A LOT longer, which is why I appreciate this drop in clinic. They are just available in a timely way. Anyway, THANK YOU for your amazing and efficient service.

First of all doctor Jay is an amazing doctor, BUT, on a 4 degree Saturday morning they open at 9am, and I came at 8:15 and stood in front of the door to line up, all of a sudden so many people came out from their car and said there is a line and stood in front of me. I know this has nth to do with this medical centre, but the people that comes to this clinic will certainly “amaze” you. They chose to stay in the car but once someone start the line, they tell u they were lining up IN THEIR CAR!!!! And that they know which car is came first.. like REALLY?? You can’t even reason with these people because they act like this centre is theirs.

Hours always changing, Google is never updated, practice is always closed with no notice anywhere. Stay away from this practice, the doctors are always inaccurate and have no care for patients.

Very long wait times which are made worse by the lack of a proper reservation system .Even during pandemic was having too many patients waiting in the lobby

My mom went to visit the doctor last week. She prescribed her medicine and said it was urine infection. My mom took the medicine and now has really bad symptoms. So we called today and the man they forgot to tell her to drink lots of yogurt and then said let me check ur result test first. Then few seconds later said u can stop taking the medicine cause the test says u don’t have the infection…. So I definitely don’t recommend anyone to visit here as my mom would have been in the hospital if she continued the medicine they gave.

Waited 3 hours to see a doctor, after waiting and advising of my pain in my ear she presribed me a nasal spray? She checked my ears and said every was fine. Went to the hospital the same night as the pain became unbearable. What did the doctor there say? I had an infection that needed antibiotics. If your looking for a doctor that actually cares and not just trying to get to the next patient, skip this clinic

My family dr for more than 15 yrs she is still their for me. Nd she doesnt prescribe unnecessarily till she knows you really need. The best dr she will try provide the best care that the patient needs
