Better prices than Emco for Trane parts

For a large HVAC manufacturer, it is very unreasonable that they are only open 4 days of the week. Unfortunately this is the only shop in the city you can go to for Trane parts so a bit of a monopoly in that sense and they do clearly take advantage of that. Just recently, I drove all the way here for some parts only to find out that they started closing early (4pm instead of 5pm). It would have been nice if they updated their google to show their new hours. Parts here are generally more expensive but Trane doesn't care about that.

Company will help you with their best to sell their products however, they avoid any hassles for return or exchange of any purchases. Notice of non-return policy is simple conversation can be made with clients at purchases. They won’t help any of those issues.the company needs to resolve the issue of simple guidance of non-return policy before prior to any purchase happen.

Disappointed by the customer service at this store. According to the store manager there is a law in Canada that prohibits selling a gas furnace to the public. When I asked for the reference to this law the store manager asked me to leave the store. Please avoid this location, as the customer is treated without respect.

We had purchased a furnace part from Trane Supplies. Latter on I found out the old motor would run well again, if oiled and ice build up was chipped away. I did so and got the furnance running. When we went to return the part Josh and Justin, both were very polite and helpfull. The part was taken back as I had not even opened it. Still in origal box. A refund less 10% was issued. I have no problems with them keeping 10% as re stocking fee, as they have their own overheads to deal with. I highly recomend this store for any furance parts. Top service, in and out like bang bang, parts already on the counter before I got there.

Anyone who owns a Trane furnace and needs parts or anything else you need to go here. Was helping out family friend and needed to replace the module as the old one give it up. Walked in to well lite well stocked store and was greeted right away. Explained what I was after and with the model number in hand David was off and running. Had the part and at what I felt was a fair price. Has for David you won't find anyone else in this city to match his customers service skills or his knowledge on what he sells.

I purchased a part for my furnace yesterday that was $583. Big blow during covid times but when your house has no heat you pay it. No one said anything about it be non refundable until this point. I got the part home and discovered that I did not in fact need the part because the problem was not the inducer motor as originally thought, but that my exterior valve was blocked with snow. I called Trane back this morning to see about returning the part, it is still in the box, never taken out. They said their policy was that it was non refundable and it showed in teeny tiny writing on my receipt. I explained my situation and how no one told me if was non refundable when I was purchasing, by the time I get my Receipt I had already purchased the product so having the policy only on the receipt was pointless. I got transferred to a manager who I explain the situation to again and really stressed hell I cannot afford this part especially due to Covid so if I don’t need it I would like to return it and I would really like them to make the exception. He said due to their policy they cannot return any products. I asked “even though no one told me it was non refundable and I’m just supposed to know?” And he said yes. I am extremely disappointed with this customer service. Now I’m stuck with a $600 part but my furnace doesn’t even need brand new in a box. Be very careful buying products from here and make sure you need it because they won’t take it back no matter what.Update Feb 4 2021: After reaching out to Trane’s regional manager they finally agreed to accept the return with a restocking fee. Thank you to Karl for getting this done for me and understanding.

I called them and tried to buy a replacement motor for my Trane Condenser Fan Motor and was told right away that they only sell to Technicians and they hurriedly hang on me. Bad service. I won't buy any Trane unit again.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The manager is very rude I wouldn't recommend any average joe to go there if it's the last place standing. They might be good if your a contractor, however as a regular person your better to go to somewhere different that sells Trane furnaces.
