I bought a helmet from the SHOP. Unfortunately after one month my brand new helmet started to peel apart and look terrible. The manufacturer came up with a solution that would have left me sending to Europe for repair. Kimberly replaced my helmet immediately and the shop, not the manufacturer absorbed the cost- I was so impressed with how she stood by me throughout the process! I would highly recommend the SHOP at Spruce Meadows- I would shop there again as they have great products and FANTASTIC customer service! Five Stars!!!

I made an order a few weeks before Christmas for a sweater at this shop. Unfortunately it was unavailable after I had paid for it.The shop immediately emailed me and asked me with my options. I kept my order and they had said they’ll email me when my product is in.A week later my product came in. And they shipped it too me. I was impressed with the customer service at this shop! They were very kind and didn’t forget about me like many other shops have.It came about 2 weeks after Christmas and I was fine with that! Nothing like getting a gift a bit after Christmas! :)Thank you Spruce Meadows! I will be ordering again for my daughter when she needs something!
