West Coast Beauty (Vancouver)

came here for the first time today. Friends and I needed to make accounts since we are students. The desk lady made us feel like we were being a hassle and looked annoyed. Thankfully the other woman that helped us out was happy enough to accommodate us.

As I started my business, So I went to this store and spent almost $1,500 in total.After visiting this store a few times while I'm getting ready for my business to open, I heard there is an intro promotion that I've never heard of in this store.I don't know why this company is doing promotions that don't tell consumers. Last week, I talked to staff, and the staff said she wouldn't tell anyone who didn't ask about the promotion. Isn't it aimed at consumers? Is it an event between your employees?she also said that some people don't like intro promotions. who doesn't like free stuff?I experienced something this ridiculous and I don't want to experience it again. I'll never visit this store again and use another supplier. Staff are really rude and terrible. They didn't admit their mistakes and made ridiculous excuses. Staff training and services are so poor. I felt they look down on me.Again, I'm not going to recommend any other new owner and hairdresser.THIS STORE NOT GOOD FOR A NEW BUSINESS OWNER

Every single employee is so helpful and amazing! I would recommend this location for stylists and small business owners

Great showroom and knowledgeable staff! Susana and Amanda are top notch. They have exclusivity on a few of the most amazing product lines (Kevin Murphy, Davines, Loma). Staff is friendly and helpful - I always make a stop there when I am visiting the mainland. I find WCB to be a more modern" beauty supply

Super-helpful staff, and the customer service person even spent 10 minutes finding a salon that stocked my favorite brand - one they don't even carry!! Now that's service above and beyond..

I LOVE it here. I really enjoy coming in a few times a month. The staff are truly amazing!! West Coast carries most of my favourite brands. It’s so easy to buy way more then what you need. I suggest going in with a list and sticking to it..if you can.

This is my 3rd time dealing with WCB. Ordering online from Vancouver Island as there are not many barber specific wholesalers on the island. I have nothing but great things to say about WCB. Their delivery is extremely fast and the orders have been exact. Last time I ordered online, I had forgot some product and had to place two orders. I also had requested a couple of promotional product dispensers in the comments section, as I couldn't add them to my shopping cart. When the order came two days later, the dispensers were right there along with the order, and WCB even refunded me the shipping for my second order. This is the only place I will be ordering product and supplies from. Nice work WCB. Your customer service says it all.

The customer service has significantly declined in the last two years in this location.Very unfortunate. From the return policy to staff attitude, to how knowledgable they are and their willingness to help.

West coast beauty is definitely Artel Salon's go to favorite beauty supplier. They are amazing people who support small business in every way possible!
