Never on time! My son waited for his bus almost 25 minutes!!! This is crazy!!!!

Bus 267 always late.

During winter time (-30 degrees C), my son has to wait for 10 to 15 minutes outside!!! very poor service!

I just went there for an interview

My 6 year old Edward Murphy Elementary student constantly has to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes for the bus, and the other day a new driver missed his stop completely. When my spouse called to complain, she was told she was lying because the bus GPS showed that it did the whole route. This is one of the worst transport companies I've seen, and am trying hard to get the school to change companies.UPDATE as of 28 May 2015: This company just gets worse. My son's school calls this morning to tell us that the bus driver grabbed him by the ear, hurting the 6 year old boy. So now this has gone from simply a bad company to one that is being pursued legally for assaulting a child. When I called to find out the driver's name, the company tried to give me a run around, transferring to voicemail, and only after calling back a few times their employee begrudgingly took down the information. Parents, please be aware that this company does not put the safety of your children above their own interests.
