I have worked with them twice for hvac issues. Once for a non functioning air conditioner. Once for no heat in the dead of winter. Both times they went above and beyond. They diagnosed the issues quickly, provided very fair estimates, and completed the repairs quickly and professionally. Techs were polite and professional. A level of customer service that sadly is rare these days. Will only be using them for all my repair and installation needs in the future

We agreed to a contract in September for the install of new central heat in our house in Lead. We were told it would be a few months before they could start any work. The work has still not been started and it appears as though it never will and they are ignoring us at this point. They also know that we have been without heat all winter. So yeah.... add them to the list of contractors around here that don’t hold their word and lack integrity.

The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and so was the individual who arrived to service our furnace. From the time I called to the time the service man arrived was about an hour and it was quite early in the morning when I called. The actual service was done quickly, too! Now I have heat before the winter storm arrives this evening!

Jeff came out and fixed our mini split that 3 other companies could not fix. Apparently the other companies were just too lazy to do the work. He was honest, professional and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I cannot praise this company enough. They are prompt, polite , professional just the absolute best of the best. They came out to install a new thermostat, super fast service, then came out again today to repair my central air conditioner. Both times the techs were absolutely wonderful, found the problem & fixed it fast. These days a company this reputable & efficient is truly a rare gift. I highly reccomend them to everyone.

This company is great! They are responsive and have great customer service. They have become one of my go to companies when I need things fixed. Their prices are fair and they do quality work. I had a complicated heating issue and restaurant equipment they fixed.

These guys are amazing. Knowledgeable techs, friendly service, and they made themselves available even on a busy day for a callout.Can't fault their scheduling on this one! They were here half an hour after I called. I highly recommend them.
