I had an issue with my motorcycle on a Saturday morning right outside Rapids Brakes and Alignment. Someone came out of the building to check if everything was OK. Come to find out it was the owner working on his own time. The owner was more than willing to help me out and get me back on the road.

Got my tires 2 years ago. I had a spare on and when I got new tires, they put a different size on where the spare was. They should have put the same size for all tires. I drove my car last summer and it was sitting for both winters. Got my oil changed somewhere else recently and my tires were completely bald. They won’t do anything about it. No warranty to help me or anything because “there’s to much wrong with my car”. I paid $600+ for my tires. They should not be bald. Poor service.

My brakes have never felt and worked better than after being serviced at this shop. I felt like this shop was very competent and honest. Scotty was an excellent communicator on the phone and when I arrived. He told me exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. And I would suggest that you go around the corner to the Muddy Moose for an omelet and some cranberry toast while you wait.
