I've been a visions customer for a few years now, and I always have the best experience with Mark Johnston. I was having a difficult time deciding what phone model and plan I needed. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to provide the perfect solution for my lifestyle. Bonus points that he was able to stick to/under my original budget. If you're in the market for anything relating to electronics, Mark is definitely your guy!

From the moment I entered their showroom, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff members name Peggy!! who were genuinely interested in assisting me. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect product to suit my requirements. Their knowledge about the product was extensive, and they answered all my questions with precision and clarity, making me feel confident in my purchase decision.

We went to Visions because one of my cousins suggested we check this store out. We wanted to get the sound system. And we are glad that we found great deals and a great brand Samsung sound system. Thanks to Ryan for showing the demo of the speakers (sound system) and giving us a good price and telling us that he will match the price if we can find cheaper than the price we already have been given for. We also bought some small things like Mouse Pad and a mouse for my kid and we are happy with whatever we got from here.

First and definitely the last time I ever purchase anything from this company due to the poor support system Visions has when trying to return a product online.Bought a TV online and had it sent to me a few business days later, only to encounter that the bottom of the screen has a bump/dent. When I tried contacting them through phone, spoke to a lady who barely spoke English and explained my situation, provided my email and after maybe 10min, she said someone would email me further instructions on how to return the TV.Hour had passed, no email so deciced to call back and spoke to a different representative. Explained once again my situation and again, same process. Someone would email me.Waited all day, no email. The next day, I called again and explained my situation and this time, they told me to email the company directly for support.Emailed them and within' an hour, they replied back on what was needed in order to process the TV for returns..Complied. Emailed them all the details necessary and still waiting for a reply..This was nearly 4 days ago.Nothing is more frustrating than having a TV that's sitting in the house which cannot be used.My suggestion, order from a company who cares about their customers.

So my son spent $2000 of his own saved money buying a new set of speakers for his car. Thom was excellent taking all the time in the world to let my son make an educated decision. Thom was awesome making my son feel confident of his purchase. Where the problems started was waiting to get the speakers in after the purchase. It took over 6 weeks for them to arrive in store. I'd call every week and Thom again was super friendly and helpful, explaining that it was at the supplier lever and he would call and look in to it for us. Problem was Thom never once emailed me back like he said he would, I wouldn't hear anything back until the next week when I'd call and ask again. Once the speakers came in installation was quick and top notch. Very happy with the system over all

Wouldn't go anywhere else honestly. The staff in general are great and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark while picking out a new TV after an old one died. From start to finish Mark made it as easy as possible picking out the best one to fit my needs, while answering the many questions I had. Highly recommend this location.
