I just began pottery classes at the Wheel Works and I had an incredible experience! My first class made me excited for the next ones to come, as I have already learned so much and can’t wait to improve my wheel-throwing skills! Such a welcoming environment and great instructor. :)

The Wheel Works is a super welcoming environment to practice pottery and learn.The studio is very well stocked with tools, a variety of clay options, and is so spacious and clean! Highly recommend checking it out if you're interested in honing your pottery skills or trying pottery for the first time.

Sheena opened up her studio to us for a private lesson, as we celebrated a friend’s birthday. We had a blast! She offered simple instructions and a variety of options and materials. She was patient and lots of fun. Can’t wait to see the finished product!

Sheena has made ceramics more accessible to the Guelph community! Her unique hourly rates mean that I can pop in when I want without the pressure of a monthly membership! I pay for the clay and my time there, that’s it! Her Wednesday night classes are geared to members interests/needs and she has such a kind way of teaching. Sheena makes all student levels welcome in the studio. Oh! And she gets excited for all her students progress!
