I had an excellent experience at Bisson Dentistry clinic! The clinic is tidy and beautiful, with ample parking for clients and equipped with top-notch diagnostic equipment, including visible light scanning and in-house panoramic x-ray imaging. Additionally, the atmosphere of the clinic is very welcoming and gives you the feeling of visiting the house of very friendly neighbors. Maggie was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was comfortable and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided clear recommendations that were easy to follow. Dr. Pettigrew conducted a thorough examination and provided detailed explanations, which I really appreciated. Victoria, Robyn, and Michelle were also amazing and made my visit painless and smooth. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Between the amazing staff and beautiful office, Bisson Dentistry is a first class experience.Even though I wasn't a patient of theirs, they fit me in quickly when I called about an issue I was having.Upon arrival I was given a tour of the lovely space, a generous new patient gift, and the offer of beverages and snacks to enjoy before or after my apt.From start to finish the staff were friendly and efficient (Anne Marie, Katie, Dr. Bisson and Cindy).I will definitely be coming back for my dental needs, and will be bookingappointments for my hubby and son as well!

No dentist office has ever made me feel more comfortable. I came in a little embarrassed about how long it had been since I had my teeth cleaned - no problem, in fact, it was really easy to ask all the questions I had ever wanted to (and maybe been too nervous to) about how best to take care of my teeth and my specific concerns.I would also like to give a shoutout to Maggie - she really took her time to make sure I was comfortable, maybe even having fun, and she did an excellent job. I would highly recommend asking for Maggie if you're nervous about your visit.

Bisson Dentistry has a comforting atmosphere with a team that creates a welcoming environment. Walking into this beautifully restored Victorian home, I immediately felt comfortable. There is a clear sense of care and good vibes that flow throughout the office.I recently had a crown and two fillings done at Bisson Dentistry. It was by far the best dental appointment I’ve ever had! Victoria guided me to a comfy chair and loosened me up with a laugh. Candice offered me a blanket, Netflix and scheduled a complimentary hand massage for me.Dr. Bisson was personable and kind. From start to finish he was precise and created a calm energy in the room. Shelly assisted, she was caring, fun and made the appointment light while being a true professional. Shelly and Dr. Bisson worked in unison, with amazing flow, as I relaxed, watched a movie and received a lovely hand massage from Robyn. I literally fell asleep at one point! Haha.I usually can’t sit still for long, but I was completely calm and relaxed throughout the entire appointment.My fillings and crown were completed in one day. No need to schedule additional appointments! That’s huge for me because in some cases I would use the amount of time needed as an excuse to prolong the treatment, or avoid it all together.Daniqua assisted Dr. Bisson for a short appointment to place the final crown, (same day). She was kind and very easy to talk to. Her and Dr. Bisson also worked well together and again completed the appointment with excellent flow.I was extremely impressed with everyone at Bisson Dentistry. I highly recommend this dental office. The team values your concerns, comfort and needs.

This dental practice is really amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to take the time to make you feel special. I love that I can get a free hand massage while getting my teeth cleaned; it makes the time go faster and makes it a much more pleasant experience. They also do really good work and take their time to make sure things are done properly. I highly recommend this dentist.

A dental experience like no other. Super thorough first visit today - was given a full tour of their facilities, everyone was incredibly friendly, cleaning and exams went great and were super detailed, and received a fabulous hand/massage during. Can't wait to go back :)

I had my first visit today at Bisson dentistry, I couldn’t not leave a review due to the incredible experience. I was quickly greeted by front-desk as they recognized my name and I only waited a short period of time until my appointment with the hygienist Michelle.Michelle walked me around the amazing facility and even showed me the state of the art sterilization station. I quickly found the dentistry office very clean with a home-like atmosphere. I was greeted to a personalized patient swag-bag and a welcome card welcoming me as a new patient, I thought that was very thoughtful with a touch of detail. I had a great experience with my teeth cleaning as it was very thorough and gentle.Thank you to Michelle & Dr. Chiu for taking great care of me today! I look forward to coming back in 4 months!

Dentistry at its best. Nothing less than a 5 star review. When you visit though, make sure you are not in a hurry, especially for the first visit.This place obviously has excellence at its core and it shows in every thing they do. Feels so much like being at a spa. I love it. Such an intentional business.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience as a patient at Bisson Dentistry. I used to be a dental assistant for quite few years while studying at university and I am quite specific with what I look for in a dental clinic. I love everyone at this practice, Dr Pettigrew is very thorough and she and her assistants always made sure I received the best care.Cindy and the admin staff are also amazing and always made me feel welcome and looked after all my needs.This is a wonderful practice with great stuff and amazing service.
