How can this location be called a FedEx Authorized ShipCentre" when the personnel has no clue how to prepare a FedEx shipment? I went to this location (which is inside of a Bureau en Gros store in Centre Laval)

Before Christmas I send a gift a Google phone to Greece .the person at FedEx did a horrible job ..cost me 150 dollars and the phone came back cause the person had no clue what he was doing . No measurements no price .the customs on Greece send it back .... I will go to FedEx and ask for my money back
