very precarious service, they gave me the wrong lens and lost the deadline for the replacement 2 times. on the day of delivery they left me waiting for more than 1 hour, even with schedule

I bought a pair of glasses and had already paid for them upfront. It had been over a week and they called saying they’re ready for pick up. I came to pick them up, went home and turns out the glasses lenses weren’t even changed and still had the display lenses. They also had this glue all over them. I had to go all the way back to get the changed and wait for them to change them when I live pretty far. I don’t think it’s asking a lot to have them call you once the lenses are actually finished instead of throwing them in the box like that and making me drive extra rounds and wait even longer. Very upsetting.

I have been going to Lauier Optical for 10+ years. They always have great selections, the best deals and fast service. The team is great there and always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. They even submit directly to insurance which is a huge plus. There is a very sweet Filipina lady (sorry didn't get the name) who has incredible customer service, very kind, polite + beautiful smile. A big thank you to her! And to the rest of the team members.

I just called to ask for an appointment with the doctor and she told me she HATES all her doctors and couldn't give me an appointment! Are u serious ! Not only it took 20 mins for them to answer the phone with 3 hang up !

Zero star, the worst place to get contacts. The optician lady has no idea about multifocal contacts, I've a strong doubt about her certification. She couldn't figure out the right contacts for me and kept asking me to go to place where I went previously, get the right number from the optician there and bring it to her, so she could order for me. They are cheaters, they have the worst return policy which they never even mentioned at the time of purchase. They actually have no return policy, they can give store credit which is not even applicable on eye exam. They mentioned about $40 rebate on $400 purchase but didn't tell that it has to be done within 1 month period. I got only few trial contacts for 5 months., so couldn't get rebate because I never got the actual box of contacts until 5 months later and I needed to scan the code on the box for being elegible for rebate. They wasted so much time because the lady is not available most of the days, doesn't return call or text back, isn't properly qualified for position.

Zero stars to start with. Bad customer service and bad manners is what they are. I will not recommend this place to anyone. First, they charged us $500 for glasses and informed us to wait for 7-10 days. After more than two weeks, I called them, they put me on hold several times and said lenses were broken during shipment arrival. No apology nothing. Again I called them a week after, put me on hold several times and hours after returned my call to let me they are still waiting for new shipment. Then one day same brown lady calls and abruptly ends the call by informing us glasses are ready for pick up. We go there, while my mom was trying on glasses and before we get a chance to ask any questions, she just walks away to the counter ignoring us. We called her from behind wondering if we were done. Woman doesn’t even have the decency to turn around or look at us to ask us if we have any questions or to inform us that we are done. While she was Busy walking the other way and without even looking at us , from far distance she then responded that we can go home. What sort of behaviour is this from a grown woman running a business?? And , Interestingly, we were the only customer in the evening at the store. Honestly, this brown woman have such bad manners and need lessons in proper etiquette in serving customers. It was A complete mistake that we purchased from this store and we regret coming here.

I couldn’t believe the amazing service I got. Truly thankful. My daughter broke her frames yesterday and needed to get them repaired asap. I went to couple of different places and the estimated time was a week. I called Laurier Optical and Fatima told me to come to see the technician ………just like that they were able to remove the lenses from the broken frames and put them in her older set of frames that we had. I didn’t have to purchase new glasses and I couldn’t believe that she didn’t even charge me to get this done. Truly truly thankful. I will definitely be coming back. The service is phenomenal

I bought a pair of prescription glasses from this place for my daughter and I am back again for my prescription, customer service was great and they are very knowledgeable. Great place to buy your glasses!!

Bad quality bad service garbage place I don't recommend any one to purchase glasses from any Laurier Optical cause they have no experience of what they do. They don't follow doctor prescription.
