The PSWs are professional and go over and above when providing service. No complaints.

Excellent service provided - very accommodating with changes to staff and schedules. Would definitely use their services again as they were trustworthy and gave us peace of mind while looking after our elder relatives.

The team at Home Instead Stratford & Area are wonderful. Within an hour of calling I had a call back and was able to discuss our needs with Avi. We scheduled a more detailed call where they thoughtfully asked questions to assess and truly understand our needs and to match us with the appropriate members of their team. Within 2 days of my initial call, we had PSW coverage. The team we had were caring, funny, talented women who got to know us and really formed a bond. The schedule was set one month in advance, but when emergencies came up they were very flexible. When their team encountered difficulty with winter travel or their own emergencies, they would quickly call other members of their team for coverage and there was only one day where coverage could not be found due to winter weather conditions. It really provided us with peace of mind and the confidence of knowing the care was like having another family member there. We never had issues with invoicing, and all charges are clearly laid out in the contract. I would highly recommend Home Instead and their team if you are looking for support at home.

The wonderful staff at Home Instead did more than just help me to look after my Dad when he was very ill--they truly cared for him and about him. They were there for us during the most difficult time that we have ever been through, and they showed great compassion and kindness to us up to and beyond the end. I do not think I could have coped with all of my father's complex care needs without their help, and I will always be grateful to them for this. They were also very flexible and worked hard to cover those hours that were needed. I highly recommend their services.

Home Instead services provided 8 hour per day, 7 days per week support worker support for Dad who was elderly and frail, allowing Dad to be able to stay in close contact/proximity with Mom, in a retirement home setting. Dad was quite frail.Management provided excellent support and communication to Dad's primary care giver, regarding any difficulties or concerns regarding changes in health status - both physical and psychological,, provider availability and any other issues that arose. If issues arose, support staff communicated to management and discussion took place with primary care giver to discuss the situation and arrive at solutions to correct and improve quality of life for both Dad and support workers.My only concern was that Dad enjoyed some support workers much more than some others. It was difficult to have provision of care supported by the workers Dad enjoyed, consistently and regularly. I can understand that this request was difficult to achieve due to support worker staff availability vs client needs.

We've had a great experience with Avi and the team from HomeInstead. Avi took the time to walk me through care options and answer all my questions, prior to establishing a plan for supporting my mom. Annie is a pro, and made a strong authentic connection with my mom on the first visit. My mom looks forward to the days Annie visits and Annie gently established a much needed care routine for her.

Avi and Dawn were readily available and worked to accommodate my mothers schedule. When staff were not available/had something come up unexpectedly they were able to make arrangements to ensure shifts were covered. PSWs were friendly, professional and helpful with all my mothers needs.

All of the women were friendly . gerry wasn't demanding so there was not a lot for them to do.
