There is a pokestop here and a decent spawn of wild pokemon. I have no idea what's inside the building , but this is the new location for the farmers market on Thursday.

The arena is getting old and there's no concession stand, but the heaters in the stands work good and overall it's pretty good

Great arena for roller derby, I go every time there’s games there. Relatively easy to access from Highway 2, mini skatepark hidden behind on side street. Great concrete floor to skate.
